Shipping Policies

We dispatch our items using Royal Mail and Evri.  Parcels are sent 2nd Class unless an upgrade is selected at checkout. Large Letters are sent 2nd Class unless an upgrade is selected at checkout.  Our Processing days are set at 2-4 working days (not including weekends).  If your order is urgent please contact us via email at Jess@dreamlinegraphicsandprint.com

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any item that has been personalised.  If you have a query with the order you have received please contact us at jess@dreamlinegraphicsandprint.com within 48 hours of receipt.
