Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about ordering, personalisation, delivery and return.

Each product page includes a form where you can enter the customisation details required — such as names, dates, or messages. Just fill in the boxes before adding to your basket.

Yes — if you email us straight away. As long as the order hasn’t been made or dispatched, we can usually make changes or cancel it

Absolutely! Most designs can be printed on any product we sell. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just contact us and we’ll help.

Yes, we do. We regularly handle large and corporate orders. Please get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

We can’t guarantee same-day dispatch, but it often happens naturally as we work hard to send everything out as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for personalised items unless they’re faulty.

Yes, of course - just put their address as the delivery address and the product will be sent directly to them.

We currently ship in the UK

We send all our items by 2nd Class Royal Mail or Evri

If you require your item urgently please let us know so we can upgrade your shipping.
